The terms that govern your use of the ThrottleLoop website and our engagement as your GTM partner.
Last updated: July 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ThrottleLoop website and any services described on it. By using our website or engaging ThrottleLoop for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
ThrottleLoop provides AI-native go-to-market services, including paid media management, SEO, GEO/AEO, CRO, GTM execution, LinkedIn management, AI transformation, AI training, white-label AI infrastructure, and analytics and reporting. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and duration of any engagement are set out in a separate signed proposal, statement of work, or agreement between ThrottleLoop and the client, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this website, our systems, or connected third-party platforms.
Where you authorize ThrottleLoop to access advertising, analytics, or CRM accounts (including via the Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API, LinkedIn, TikTok, GA4, or Microsoft Clarity) to deliver services, you represent that you have the authority to grant such access. You remain responsible for your own accounts, billing relationships, and compliance with each platform's own terms of service.
Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the period specified in that agreement, and continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the ThrottleLoop name and brand, is the property of ThrottleLoop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables created specifically for a client under a signed agreement are owned as set out in that agreement; our underlying proprietary AI and MCP infrastructure, tooling, and methodology remain ThrottleLoop's property regardless of engagement.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or account information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement, and to use it solely for the purposes of that engagement.
Marketing, advertising, and search performance are influenced by factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity. While we work to deliver measurable growth, ThrottleLoop does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, conversion, or revenue outcomes.
Our services rely in part on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Microsoft. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by these platforms that are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThrottleLoop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services. Our total liability arising from any engagement will not exceed the fees paid to ThrottleLoop for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.
Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the notice terms set out in the applicable signed agreement. Upon termination, ThrottleLoop will revoke its access to any connected third-party accounts within a reasonable period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ThrottleLoop is registered to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed client agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
